DSE 2024 New Syllabus

The Assam Secondary Education (Government Schools) Service Rules of 2020 and the Assam Secondary Education (Provincialised Schools) Service Rules of 2018 and in pursuance of the Government approval accorded in the e-File bearing No. E-585039, there shall be a General Mathematics paper (10th Standard) of 15 marks in the TET cum Recruitment Test for filling up of the post of Post Graduate Teacher and Graduate Teacher of both Government and Provincialised Secondary Schools for which advertisements were issued vide No. E-392562/1, No. E-392562/2, No. E-392562/3 and No. E-392562/4 published in the local dailies vide common dated 27.12.2024. 

The assigned 15 marks in Mathematics paper (10th Standard) shall be within the notified syllabus of total 140 marks.

The breakup of the syllabus shall be as under:-

"140 marks in the following paper.- 

The paper shall be of 140 marks

 

Pedagogy - 50 marks

About Assam and its People - 35 marks

General Mathematics (10th Standard) - 15 Marks

General English - 30 marks

General Studies and Current Affairs - 10 marks
