RDPRD Manipur Recruitment 2021: The Rural Development & Panchayati Raj Department (RDPRD) Manipur has published a new employment notice providing career opportunity, hiring candidates in Ombudsman post for 06 vacancies in 13 districts of Manipur viz. Thoubal, Kakching, Chandel,Tengnoupal, Imphal East, Jiribam, Imphal West, Tamenglong, Noney, Senapati, Kangpokpi, Pherzwal and Churachandpur districts for redressal of grievances and disposal of complaints relating to implementation of NREG Act 2005 and Schemes under the Act made by the State as mentioned in the Official Advertisement @https://manipur.gov.in/ .

Notification : Ombudsman recruitment in 13 district of Manipur.

RDPRD Manipur Vacancy Details:

  • Name of post : Ombudsman
  • No. of posts : 6 

Salary Details:

  • Remuneration Ombudsman in RDPRD Manipur will be calculated at the rate of Rs. 1000/- per sitting with maximum upper limit of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty thousand) per month.

RDPRD Manipur Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification and Experience:

  • Eminent standing and impeccable integrity with at least 10 (ten) years of experience in public administration, law, academics, social work or management.
  • Experience in working with people or community organization is a mandatory qualification.
  • Should not be a member of a recognized political party or a banned organization. Applicants are required to file a declaration to this effect along with application.
  • Must be physically active and capable of conducting field tours, inspections and visits to remote rural location in the districts.

Selection Procedure:

  • No written test or examination shall be system shall be evolved conducted, while an interview shall be conducted and internal marking by the Selection Committee to rank persons in order of preference. 
  • Preference may be given to persons residing in the same district or neighboring district so as to take advantage of his/her first hand knowledge about the district
