| Assistant Manager (Electrical) | Full time B.E/B.Tech with minimum 60% marks in (Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering). For SC/ST candidates, Minimum 50% mark in the qualifying examination of Bachelor Degree is required. |
| Assistant Manager (Civil) | Full time B.E/B.Tech with minimum 60% marks in Civil Engineering. For SC/ST candidates, Minimum 50% mark in the qualifying examination of Bachelor Degree is required. |
| Assistant Manager (Human Resource) | Two (2) years full time MBA/PGDM Degree with minimum 50% marks with specialization in (Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/Social Welfare) from any Indian University/Institution approved by AICTE/UGC. For SC/ST candidates, minimum 55% mark in the qualifying examination of MBA/PGDM course is required. |
| Junior Manager (Electrical) | Full time Diploma with minimum 60% marks in (Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering). For SC/ST candidates, Minimum 50% mark in the qualifying examination of Diploma course is required. |
| Junior Manager (IT) | Full time 3(three) years diploma with minimum 60% marks in IT/computer Science and Engineering/Computer Technology from any Institution which has been notified/recognized by the Government of Assam and approved by Director of Technical Education/AICTE. For SC/ST candidates, Minimum 50% mark in the qualifying examination of Diploma course is required. |
