1. Deputy Manager/Manager-Plant Project (Instrumentation)
Knowledge:
Selection of Field Instruments, Control Valves, On-off Valves, Control System(DCS/ESD/PLC/SCADA), Honeywell, Schneider system experience is preferred.
Material & Service requisition, Material code creation, Issue voucher in SAP.
Review of Specification, Technical Bid, Engineering documents.
Good interpersonal, communication, organisational and assessment skills, Time management & Delivering Under Pressure
Attitude to work in team, proactiveness and strong willing to learn
Problem solving skills
Adaptability to various Situations,
Attention to details & Quality Consciousness.
2. Deputy Manager / Manager - Plant Projects (Electrical)
Qualification:
Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
Knowledge:
It is desired that the candidate possesses commercial acumen in carrying out the following:
Generate Scope of Work for Contracts (Special Conditions of Contracts)
Generate RFQ Documents;
Carry out Technical Bid Evaluations;
Generate Technical Queries and evaluate their answers from vendors,
Carry out or participate in Pre Bid Meetings;
Contract Management and Adjudication;
Measurement and Bill Processing.
It is desired that the candidate possesses working level knowledge of the following regulations
Knowledge of Electricity Acts, Rules and Grid Codes;
Knowledge of Environmental Emissions Acts and Rules (preferable)
Knowledge of Effluent Treatment Norms and Statutes (preferable)

Knowledge:
It is desired that the candidate possesses job knowledge to carry out the following:
Generate Scope of Work for Contracts (Special Conditions of Contracts)
Generate / Review Instrumentation Specifications and Datasheets
Generate / Review RFQ Documents;
Carry out Technical Bid Evaluations in accordance with project specifications and Codes and Standards;
Carry out or participate in Pre Bid Meetings;
Knowledge of Alarm Rationalization, Alarm Settings, Process Safety Time, Cyber Security and participation in HAZOP and SIL Study (preferred)
Carry out Factory Acceptance Test, Site Acceptance Test;
Measurement and Bill Processing.
Knowledge of Relevant Instrumentation and Control Systems Codes and Standards;
Knowledge of Environmental Emissions Acts and Rules (preferable)
