NEET Application Form : The National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) is the entrance test for enrollment in various undergraduate medical courses of all medical institutes in India. The National Examinations Authority usually conducts EBNET-UG examinations every year for admission in various MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BMS, BUMS and BHMS courses in India.
NEET exam is conducted by National Testing Agency.

Newly-appointed Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Monday announced the date of NEET-UG 2021 exams. MBBS / BDS Entrance test for admission in the syllabus will be held on September 12, 2021. The application process for NEET UG will start from 5 pm on July 13.

Application Fees
NEET 2021 Application Fee : Interested and eligible candidates have to pay an application fee of amount as mentioned below during online submission of NEET-UG application . The fee can be paid using a credit card/ debit card/ net banking/ e-challan/ UPI.
General: Rs.1500/-
Gen EWS/ OBC-NCL: Rs.1400/-
SC/ ST/ PwD/ Transgender: Rs.800/-

NEET 2021 Age Limit: Candidate must be 17 to 25 years on the date of examination

Educational Qualification
NEET 2021 Education Qualification: Candidate must have passed (or appear) Class 10+2 exam or equivalent exam with subjects- English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually from a recognised board or university with minimum marks as prescribed below:
General: 50 %
PWD: 45 %
SC/ST/OBC: 40 %

Candidate can follow these steps to apply for NEET 2021 online application
Interested and eligible candidates who wants to apply for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG Level exam may follow below mentioned steps .
Scroll down, go to Important Web-Link's section.
Read all instructions and guidelines, click on PROCEED TO APPLY ONLINE NEET (UG)-2021 button.
Enter your all credentials, verify your mobile number with OTP, upload all necessary documents and make payment of application fee.
Finally hit Submit button.
Take a print out of NEET application form for future reference.
NOTE
In order to ensure that the candidate data is submitted fast, the Application Form for NEET (UG) – 2021 has been divided into Two Sets/Phases.
The first set of information needs to be filled up before the last date of submission of the Application Form online. The second set of information needs to be filled up by the candidates before the declaration of the Result/ downloading of Score Card during the period that would be notified separately through NEET (UG) Portal in due course.
All candidates shall fill up each set of information of the Application Form at the respective time of availability. In the absence of filling up of any of the set of information, his/her candidature will be cancelled.
